After some poor judgement calls this is where I’m at.
Until now I couldn’t manage my light cycles, so I bought a tent. I do not have WiFi so cannot use grow hub. System is on timer.
plant is looking pretty sad with drooping leaves and yellowing. I did up the water amount to 700 ml yesterday. This is wk 12. Not sure if still in flower stage still or not.
    Any advice will be appreciated!

I grow outside in soil, so I can't comment on light, etc., but my $0.02 on watering, assuming you're in soil (can't really tell from photo), is you have to feel the dirt. Stick your finger in about an inch or so, and it should be moist. Not sodden, and not bone dry and dusty. If it's very wet, skip water. If it's pretty dry, water it. After you water, it should be wet all the way down, not just on the very top. You can get technical with volumes and frequency, but there are so many variables that nothing beats touching the dirt.

But yes, more information would be helpful. Is is in soil? Are you feeding it? Any mineral supplements? Etc.

^ What he said. My 2 cents, looks like she's drowning.

That plant makes Charlie Brown's christmas tree look like a great red wood. LOL
Do what you want to with that one, but read https://www.growweedeasy.com/basics

Then back track to the things you may have let slip by
