The Late and Lazy Grow with Slurilope and Friends

The winter is over, the summer is coming. My grow area is unheated and has no air conditioning. In the past there have been issues with high humidity during the peak of bloom. This year the grow was delayed so hopefully the worst of the humidity will be over when the bloom is finishing. There will be no clones, no breeding, no manifolding. I'm striving to complete the grow with as little work as possible. There may be some absences this year with other people watching over the plants.

This year there is Sluricaine #7 (S2), seed from last year cross Sluricaine #7 crossed with itself. Also there is Slurilope, a cross with Sluricaine and Chocolope from last year's breeding program. Also the give away beans that will be sent out to the world for other people to grow to completion.

So here it is, the start of the Lazy year. Baby pix.

Want something done quick and efficient, find the laziest person to do it. A bunch of those will be sent to other grows.

Are you going for a SOG?
I have some Sluricaine #7 seeds that I plan to grow indoors this fall so I will be watching

I had planned to do the same. I have grown a few in-house genetics strains and so far I am pretty happy with their gear. I have some Bannacane seeds to pop next year too. Ethos is stil my top shelf go to though

Word! Got my autos going. No topping. Barely a lick of training unless the mains go crazy. Only defoliate what gets in the way. Keep the larf. It's all about the trichomes, not pretty buds and pretty plants. Grow Weed Easy!

      Day 10

Roots have reached the bottom of the cups, ready for transplant to 3 gallon bags. I wonder if I asked nicely would they jump into the bags by themselves? I don't feel like doing it for them. The power company sent me an alert text saying that my power use has increased 8 kwh per day over the historical average. I always feel like, someone is watching me...

I never use enzymes on the roots. I fill the pots 1 gallon coco/p, 1/2 gallon nute solution, repeat twice more. I put the solo in the bag so I can adjust the depth to burry it a little deeper than what it grew at, then pop the root ball out of the cup and directly in the bag, leaving a little room for more back fill for when they get bigger. The toddler stage.

Transplanting is why I started going seed to final pot. None of that monkeying around.
I get those same notices. Is the power company thanking me for spending more money or scolding me for using more energy?

wait till the power co. tells you they have to charge you more 'cause your using more, then when you cut back they do it the opposite way. it never goes down. was thinking about solar but who takes it off if i need a new roof, i can't do it anymore

If you grow in cloth bags just drop the seedling bag in a larger bag and they keep on going, roots grow right through the bag. I think it helps adding some stress to the roots and that adds more of the good stuff. As for electric costs we are all screwed, I am wondering about Windmills and solar panels

ductwizard I have solar here in Aus an 8kw system think it's 15 panels and for a few months over summer it's great but for the rest of the year mmmm not so great specially this time of year. A battery would be good but then you have to have enough panels to charge the battery and help power the house at the same time and the cost to get everything installed takes 5yrs + to pay off.. at least that's how it is here ..

I live in an apartment and get mail for solar. Mormon's, too. But Dabber takes care of the Mormons. Good dog. Super giiiirl! She loves the taste of Mormon face.

I've received a lot of stupid stuff in the mail. Once got a pre-approved credit card sent to the house in my cat's name. Just sign and go... The cat's name was Smoker.

        Day 12 veg

Transferred the plants that will be staying. I yelled, bribed, and threatened but they would not jump in the pots themselves. Had to do it for them. Time for a packed vape.
