Alaska fish fertilizer

I was wondering if using the Alaska fish fertilizer 5-1-1 would be good to use here in S. Oregon? I know it works wonders for my veggies but that's a whole different plant.

Your going to need cal- mag and some of the bloom nutes

Yes, I have those, I just wanted to know if it would help or not to add it because the past 4 years my plants produced but were sort of wimpy.
