HELP! C02 Tablets - Fact, Fiction and how are they used...?

Hello once more you great community...

So while placing an order online the other day I ran into these little bad boys. And I naturally thought WOW, plants do love their C02. And unfortunately I've seen the bottled setups with all the gadgets and they're a

bit out of my league so I thought these might be some help at least. Thing is when I got the bottle the only instructions that came was mix 1 tablet with a 100 litres of water, period, no more explanation then that.

I grow 4 autos in a 1mX1mX2m grow tent and though I've never taken note I don't think I even use 100 litres throughout the grow cycle. Anyway off to do some investing I ran into various views on these tablets and

how to use them and that's when I began having doubts, and here they are, hoping anyone can help...

A- Mix with water and irrigate your plants as normal twice a week. (Did not know plants absorbed C02 through their roots..?)

B- Mix with water and spray your plants twice a week. (Water drops, lights, lens effect, does not sound right)

C- Mix with water in a bucket and let it bubble away in your tent with the ventilator off and during lights on phase. (This one kind of makes sense)

D- They are a scam and do next to nothing for your plants.

OK people, hoping someone out there can school me in this, any advice is welcome and as always Thank you all in advance.

Never seen the tablets but I assume they would be used to add C02 to the air much like the bags you can hang in your tent. Unfortunately everything I've read from reputable sources all say you need a sealed environment, more intense light, and higher temps to get any benefit from extra C02.

      Scam. Probably.

Yes, weed needs CO² at the roots just like it needs O² at the roots. Mixing your nutes in vigorously, using an aerator on your tap, will give you all that you need.
