Hello my friends,
I have two sweet girls that are on week 6 of flowering and I accidentally did the unthinkable. I some how hit the timer switch to on and before i realized it, the girls had 36 straight hours of light. Anyone like seeds, lol!

It's not anywhere near enough to reveg them. You need more than 4 days of veg cycle lighting for that, probably more like 7 days, well thats my experience anyway.

Did i mention that i just started my uvb light. 15 minutes twice a day. Makes d big difference.

UVC is great for killing mold spores and killing humans.

Benefits of running UV are, well, you don't need UV to have big healthy buds. I used to run 385 to 425nm supplemental lights and my results without them using full spectrum are probably just as good if not better. Also used to run 660 & 730nm reds but don't any more.

I think you would be far better off running under canopy lighting....normal outdoor floods (weatherproof) up to 20% of above canopy lighting amount.

Research appears to be leaning that way from all I have read.
