    Curing over dry buds

I have buds in the jar, some over dry and I will put Boveda 58% humidity control packs in. Also going on vacation in 4 days will be away for 6 days.

2 questions , any suggestions on the dry buds? is the boveda packs enough?

and the not over dry ones any suggestions on what to do regarding opening the jars daily and skipping for the six days away?

For over dried,I just pluck a few leaves or a small bud off a living plant and put inna jar. A tiny piece of lettuce works well also.

For the overdried flower, spritz the underneath side of your jar lid and reseal tightly. That will def raise the humidity in the jar but not overly so. Brings mine up to 62, every time. Or just do what PRIMO suggests.

I don't use the Boveda packs anymore. Not since I ran across the spritz hack on this forum. I use it all the time during long term storage and when necessary.

On the others, I'm concerned about the RH level right now. How long have the buds not overdried been jarred up? If the RH is steady and you've been burping already it may not be a problem. If you have to be away sounds like your only option is to burp the jars when you return. The only issue is mold; my guess is the hay smell is already gone.

I just spritz too. I’m done with the packs.

What % in the jars after 24hrs on the high moisture level ones?

You can't fix over dried buds but you can make them not so bad by lightly spraying the lids as Golf said. Ive done that in the past.

The over dry are 40 and 36%. The not over dry are 60%. I just put them in this morning

You can bring the RH up in the overdry jars by spritzing. If you're holding about 60 in the other jars continue to burp until you can't and then pick it back up when you return. It's not optimum but you should be OK.

58 to 63 is fine IMHO.

65 and up would be too high with risk of mold etc.. Just pour the jar out and leave for an hour or two before re jarring.
