Both Scarlet runts and RVC are Going2fast breeds. They like coco for sure. lots of roots. Will fill a 3 gallon pot hard and fast with them. I would say that both like a light nute till flower starts.Lots of fan leaves. Defoliation is tricky for both. They tend to like all their leaves until they discard them. Tucking them seems to be a good practice. Planting them in their forever pot (5+Gal) is almost a must with G2F breeds, others autos you can fool a little from my experience. RVC can get rather (3'+) big given space. RVC don't like small pots, she will empty one in a day during any uptake. The smaller the pot the quicker it flowers on 18/6. My small space and covertness limits my yield to about half of the ability of the breeders strain(G2F). RVC has been my biggest yield in door growing-6 OZ in 82 days in a 5 gallon pot 70/30 mix 2x2.5x7GGL SF2000 Canna nutes.

Scarlet Runts stopped drinking and time for dry and cure. Roots are nice and white. Had alot of smaller ones holding the 3 gallon together. Grow Dots and Recharge (every 10 days). This is at the minimum level of Nutes. 1 TSP 5ml per 1 gallon of medium(Canna Coco). Light rate. 77 days. finished early . ginger trikes on lower buds.

Very interesting. Would love to understand the genetics here. Just based on this, it indicates that auto flowering is probably not caused by a single gene but a combination. I tried finding information online about this a couple years ago but didn't get very far. I'm sure the auto breeders know
