I’ve been growing for four years and while I’ve had problems along the way I’ve always been able to harvest and use what I’ve produced. What is your success rate? If you’ve ever lost a plant or multiple plants at the same time what was the reason?

How often do you lose a plant?

Not often. But I've lost plants to bum seeds, bugs, leaf septoria, and WPM. Had a beautiful crop of Cherry Kush that didn't produce a single trichome. Not that I could find, anyway. Vey curious.
Then there's the vicarious death of plants grown from seeds I miracle people who say they followed instructions they found online. Pfft. Now, my first requirement for giving someone a weed seed is houseplants. If the person doesn't have a single houseplant, no seed for them.C'mon, mule!

Never saw them in the act but the tracks were a dead give away. They will come for miles once in flower and they smell them. If not properly deer fenced you lose the lot in one night, they are veracious pot eaters.
Also lost them to bud rot, which has always been the biggest problem outdoors, and had a few taken by others also.

Interesting. I have tons of wildlife where I live, but haven't attempted an outdoor grow here. I think specific autos might work in a greenhouse (just recently built a mini one that could fit one-two 3 gallon sized plants). We have a short season with lots of light, but lots of rain too. It would have to be a hybrid outdoor/indoor grow in a greenhouse with an exhaust fan and maybe a supplemental LED for cloudy days/weeks. Already thought about setting up a hose with a funnel by the door, that way I can feed without even going outside really.

She was 12 feet tall spider buds all over her, very dry year so I carried water to her.
Next trip to see her, first thing I notice is I cant see her sparkle like a diamond in the sun from the hill top. Got there it laying on the ground golden brown, a rabbit chewed it off at the ground for the moisture. So I took the slightly larger buds (had a brown paper bag with me) and headed for a nearby lake to set and roll a few joints and cry. I hate rabbits!
I lost 2 this year, does it count if you did not plant them? I also did not water them, 2 of 4 volunteers survived, buds are getting fat now.
Bugs, deer, rabbits, weather, fucking thieves! I think thats the worst right there, fucking thieves!
Planting in the forests my "marker" patch got topped, so I looked around found his and topped his (at the ground). Later I meet him, he said that was his "marker" patch and a mile down the trail was 5 acres.
