    Power outage

Power has been out since 10:45am yesterday. My gen. is dying so I have limited power. Glad my grow room is a partial greenhouse and I can get sunlight. Any one else out of power?

Just found this website. Looks like a lot of power outages in SE US.

PowerOutage.us tracks, records, and aggregates power outages across the United States.

Power just came back. Now for a question; My grow room has been in semidarkness 2 days. I have 2 plants in my dark room [left open for 12 hrs a day] and a lot of the fan leaves have tuned yellow during the outage. Should I be worried or just let them grow bigger? The middle one has been in the dark room for a week. No problems with my auto flower plants.

At your stage of flower I don’t think there’s much you can do. Get the lights back on schedule and get em to the finish line.

I survived 5 1/2 days out two years ago. Plants were in flower but not as far as you. I used a little battery led tap light in the tent and it worked. The plants won’t grow much without sufficient light but need very little to stay on schedule and keep from herming etc.

If you can get them outside even for just an hour that too will keep them on schedule.

It's the high himidity inside that will stuff them with mold if left too long, and even a few hours maybe too long if it gets up into the 70s or 80s which my flower room does with power outages

Bluey; 3 days of wind and rain from Helena so no going outside. Power on so fans and lights back on.T.75f / H. 65 which is about normal for my grow room. 2 fans pull outside air in thru filtered door. Oscillating fan stiring the air around. Blackout curtains for my 3'x5' dark room section. Very simple and it's working for this old fart..
