What are these Vine-like branches with tiny buds?

Does anyone know what causes this??
    Greenhouse Grow, SW Colorado
This is on a Sugar Black Rose EV fem, grown from seed, (Delicious Seeds Seed Bank in Spain). Normal growth and bloom until 2 weeks ago. The end on one branch sprouted these tiny vine-like extensions with tiny buds. Pistols are oversized as well on it as well. They are spreading back toward the trunk.Has anyone seen this before?

I did a little googling because that looks cool.
Everything I found is in your title. It is simply a vine-like cannabis mutation. There are a few growers showing the mutation as whole plant, but it looks like what you have.
    C'mon, mule!

You should breed that, cross it with a freakshow.
Don't worry, be happy, grow sticky buds.
