    Leaf miners?

Just noticed this today but I could swear on anything It wasn't there the other day because I even took pictures. It looks like the leaf miners or something like that? I know I've seen this before I just can't quite place what the name of it is...... Or how to deal with it.... Thoughts? suggestions?

Yeah leaf miners. Don't remove the leaves cause they'll hatch and then spread more larvae. You gotta squash them with your fingers while inside the leaf

I removed all the leaves and threw them away into the trash. Then I took the trash outside.

I use to use a paper hole punch long ago. Haven't had any in a long time. Get them when they are low on the plant.

In this case I disagree, 9fingerleafs about not removing the leaf.
Those miners look like they are making their way down the stem. If they are making it down the stem they are making it inside the branches and the plant is toast without a systemic poison.
So, if damage is down to the stem, remove the leaf. If you can keep on it and squish the larvae before the mine hits the stem, just squish.

Yeah you're right. I meant not just remove the leaves, you gotta kill the larvae too. Didn't knew it could be a problem leaving them reach the stem. Thank you for enlighten me my friend

Depends on the bug that drops the miner. I've had them do their thing on a leaf then disappear. No fuss, no foul. Seeing them head for the stem straightens my beard.

That's what they did on mine. Wizzed around a few fingers then gone. Not a problem at all.

They were all on the very bottom leaves the ones that the bitter vetch kind of cleaned onto and was using it as support to grow those are the ones that I noticed that had the leaf miners.

I always remove my few bottom nodes of leaves to lesson the options for crawly pests to get into/onto my plants when in soil. It also helps if you can see your soil and less stuffing around accessing it if it needs amendment or even watering from a can.

I also sprayed it down with neem oil It's raining so I don't know how effective it's going to be but at least it's a start I suppose

I swear it's always the blue dream why is it always the blue dream I swear the next girl after this one I'm just growing five plants of blue dream hopefully one of them will survive till harvest because this is just ridiculous why is it always the blue dream. Is it because I was using crappy blimburn seeds? The Acapulco Gold grew in the same exact environment and it was perfectly fine but the blue dream is not having fun

Spinosad (while not in flower) and/or removal would be my go to

I read about that one but since the plant is outdoors, I'm a bit worried about spraying this. Don't want to hurt the butterfly or bee population. That stuff kills indiscriminately....

Spray after sunset, the bees will be in their hive it will be dry before they get back.

I barely have money for groceries much less for pesticides Good thing it's outdoors I guess. I'll see if it spreads. I'll just kill it. Probably not going to waste my time with outdoor grows. This blue dream was actually looking nice and big and started side branching and it's like three times of the size of that Acapulco Gold I was getting all excited until today
.. In a few days it was probably going to start blooming
