HELP! Immature buds developing orange brown hairs

    Hi all
Can someone please tell me what the heck is going on here?
My photoperiod girls (clones from healthy female Grape Diamond and Planet of the Grapes, grown from feminised seed) were only flipped to 12/12 light 28 days ago but in the last week all the small, undeveloped buds have grown these dark orange hairs like they are almost ready to harvest.
    Indoor grow,
Coco peat medium in 20l fabric pots
Full Hy-Gen 2 part coco nutrient schedule every 2-3 days to run-off
Flushed with straight water once a week
Semi defoliated twice and grown using the SCRoG method
Lumatek 600 lights - distance from plants adjusted according to manufacturer recommendations. Light schedule of 18/6 during veg and 12/12 during flowering.
    Averaging 23°C and 45% humidity.
I've had 2 very successful grows using this method.
This grow I started using Bio Diesel bloom booster after they were flipped and it’s really the only thing I can think of that has changed.

Where are these buds on the plant? By small and undeveloped, I'm guessing those a little lower on the plant? I have had that happen on small buds growing low on the plant. I just ignored them. Since I don't remember anything specific happening as a result, I think you'll be OK.

Unfortunately the buds in the pics are all top buds

You said they were clones, did the mother have the same thing going on? 25% humidity is very low IMO, I shoot for double that at that stage of growth. Or is that a metric 25%, LOL
My experience with coco coir is to feed every day to a slight or no runoff. I have an auto feed setup I put together and an ebb & flow that I feed 3-5 times a day. Not that there are not other ways to grow in coco but that works for me

The plants in this grow are clones taken from the same mother plant as the plants from the last two wildly successful grows but the mother plant has always been in veg so I’m not sure about how she flowers.
Sorry for the typo, I meant to write 45% humidity.. I’ll correct that now.
And I’ll start feeding every day to see how they go..
        thanks for your reply
