      Looks great. Being your first time it's better not to trim leaves so you can see and learn how the plant grows. What you can do is top so it grows more branches instead of one main branch. Removing leaves can be counter productive if you don't know what you're doing

        I agree, top the plant and begin LST to spread it out.
        Current Grow: 1 GG4, 2 Hot Cakes, 1 Sweet Gelato Autos
        3 gallon cloth pots
        30"x30"x60" tent
        Spider Farmer SE3000
        Coco Pearlite mix
        GH Trio, Silica, Cal-Mag

          If you don't know what topping is it's when you cut the main stem top growth to redistribute the grow energy to other parts of the plant resulting in a more bushy and branchy plant.

            it all has to do with the fox farm trio of nutrients provided I remember to shake the bottle before feeding.

              Looking good so far! Not too much distance between nodes, either.
              What kind of setup are you using once you move it inside?
              As for trimming, I agree with the above advice. Unless a leaf is dying or problematic and can't be tucked, I don't do much trimming. I mostly wait for the two big defoliations for that unless light penetration becomes an issue. I grow in DWC under an LED, so I get good light penetration through the whole grow.
              Current Grow:
              - Pine Tar Kush {photoperiod}
              - ViparSpectra XS2000 LED {full spectrum, dimmable}
              - MarsHydro grow tent {4'x4'x6'}
              - DWC bucket
              - Manifold/LST

                I'm still looking at doing on the cheap but definitely looking at LED lighting.
                I think I'll just leave it outside and let the wife's complaints flow through one ear and out the other.

                  I use a ViparSpectra XS2000 200W full spectrum LED. It was around $200 and it's worked great (user error on my part at first aside). But it's lasted me several years of use and still works just fine for my 4 bucket DWC setup after about 3 years of pretty consistent use.

                update on my BB
                this is at either 7/8 weeks. I started counting the weeks when I got 4 leaves
                I move the plant outside on the 18th of May.
                I've cut the top off and trimming some leaves
