    Seedling lighting distances

It's been awhile since I've grown and I can't recall the distance between the grow bulb and the very young seedling?

Somewhere between 5inches to 36inchs.... Though like comments mentioned above.... It would really depend on the bulb. A weak CFL you could keep as close as 5 inches but you would need a lot of them. A hps bulb probably around the 36in area. Same with a metal halide around the 30in area.
