I was going on buy a 3 pack on amazon today but I figured I would get the pH items and something to help with the humidity. Wife said before she went to work the humidity was 29%. I had her spray so water in the air in hopes to keep it somewhat moist until I get home. Temp is staying at 81

I was able to get the humidity up and the temp. The plant seemed to like it. It stood up on its own away from the support. I opened a side window to allow some breeze to hithe the plant for strength building. How long do I keep my light at 12"? Don't want to burn the plant.1 Photo

Adjust the light as the plant grows when the plant grows to be about 10inchs from light move ur light to 15inchs and then let grow till the plant is at 12inchs from light and then move light to 15inchs and repeat. Pay attenion to ur plant and if u see signs of light stress ( curling down leaves) is usualy the 1st signs of light stress, then start moveing ur light to 18inchs and when it grows to 15inchs move back to 18 and so on 15-18inchs is usualy optium for veg and flower but each light and strain are different ur plant will show u signs of stress way before they get light burnt

I'm assuming that I'm ok for now. I will measure the height to the plant tonight after work. Guessing it looked ok in the picture.

What exactly are the square covers for on the side of the tent? Might try leaving one open today. Is it for breeze or cooling?

It's for inline duct fans. (there usualy squar or nect shaped)

Exactly, the holes let fresh air into the tent If you close them the exhaust fan doesn't work as well.

I have duct work coming in for my fresh air. I didn't know if the square Velcro covered holes were to allow even more in. I have been playing with the only one I can get to due to having it in my closet. I have been able to keep the temp around 77 all day leaving the Velcro cover open. I've been closing it at night cause it still winter here. With it being a small tent I don't have room for a fan to create a breeze. I've noticed at night if I leave a small portion of the door unzipped with the other side port open, I can create a nice breeze to blow the plant around. Thank you guys and girls

The little bit of co2 he is putting in his tent will really help him to be honest. By adding co2 the plant is more resiliant to all the stress factors that can happen as it sweeps up photosisthize. So things like heat light over nuteing ect this problems will be harder to come by with the added co2, not to say the added bonus of upto a 20percent increase in growth. For the cost of how he's makeing the co2 it's bar far worth it the extra couple hundrend ppm if that makes a huge difference

Decided last night I'm going to feed this plant of milk only for the whole grow. Started last night with 13/4 cups of raw milk. It pays to have farmers that use your machines. Free milk oh yea. We will see how it does.

I was talking to my mom about growing and she said she had a friend who grew with only milk. Not sure how good the buds where because she doesn't smoke now or back then so I'm hoping to see your results really I can't wait to see..

Milk is a gentle fertilizer with approximately 0.5% Nitrogen (N), 0.001% Phosphorus (P), 0.0016% Potassium (K). It also contains trace amounts of important plant micronutrients like Calcium, Magnesium, Iron and Zinc. I'm not sure what percentage of those nutrients are immediately available to plants, or if they need to be broken down first, but I do know it would be hard to burn your plants with milk. There's probably other components in milk besides just nutrient content that have effects on your plants and soil, but I'm definitely not an expert on that as I've never used it
You can grow cannabis plants in soil in a container from seed to harvest without added nutrients if you start with good soil, though your plant often ends up getting nutrient deficiencies by the end if you're not careful. I can totally see how adding milk might help replace a small amount of the nutrients that the plant is using!
