SOIL What is the health issue on this leaf?

Today I found one leaf with these whitish marks but they are not rounded like the fungus septoria presents itself (See attached photo of the leaf).
    1. I have been careful with the PH in every watering always 6.20.
    2. The Humidity has been very well controlled targeting 45% because my Gorilla Glue is Flowering (18 days).
    3. Temp well controlled between 72 F and 82 F.
I am thinking of spraying Neem Oil on the leaves not on the flowers.
I have attached a photo of the leaf with the marks and one where it shows it is flowering.m (See 2nd photo to see the flowering stage)
Anyone has seen this before? What should I do?
btw, I checked the Health Plat guide at growweedeasy https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-symptoms-pictures
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Can't see the second photo but it looks to me like too much light causing a cal deficiency. What PPFD are you currently running at? What week of flower are you in? Are you supplementing with cal/mag at all? I would raise the pH to around 6.5. Raise your humidity to 55%. 45% humidity is for the last few weeks of flower. See if that helps at all. If not then I would go with insecticidal soap spray down. Do you have any way to magnify your view to check for pests?
