    Other Gardens

It is a little to early to plant. However, the raspberries are coming to life. I spent most of the afternoon cutting out dead canes and thining.

I tried to upload some pics. But they failed. Message said file was to large.

I have not encounter this error before.
Is it a site problem? SiriusFourside ?

If you are using your phone look at the camera setting and reduce the resolution of the pic it's taking. That will reduce the file size if that is the problem

I'll try and mess around with the file. I just don't get why it won't work. These pics are nothing special. Same as I have uploaded in the past.

It's about time I plant some privacy fence flower seeds. I have backyard neighbors with terrible living etiquette. I always plant something to block their yard so their dogs bark less. I found the less they see, the less they bark. It's not a yelp, it's a daily multi hour long issue. Cops have been involved and are going to find them this year in hopes to stop it. At least they say they will according to the laws by me. Ug. Can't wait to get back to the country living.....

About 30 years ago. My father planted about twelve pine trees on the South side of his yard. Right along the property line. He told me his ultimate plan was to plunge the neighbor into perpetual darkness. They didn't get along.

And yeah it took about twenty years but it worked!

Ok. So I finally figured it out. Here is the rasberry patch. And all the dead canes I cut out. It took me the entire afternoon. Click image for larger version

Here is the real miracle. I picked up this horseradish two years ago. I never planted it. It just sat outside.

I never did anything with it. It didn't get water unless it rained. It survived two hot summers and two brutal winters.

And it still survives. I'm going to plant it soon. I'm told you can harvest it any month that ends with an R.

Snow drops. This is from 3/14, a nice spring was happening, they are always the first to show in the spring season. Now they are under 11 inches of snow and ice.
Don't worry, be happy, grow sticky buds.
