How does an animal that communicates through smelling butts and poo deal with the smell of raw sewage? I am not sure I ever considered.

Hmm... stems... buds... leaves... I don't know what you base your comparison on. I already accept my inability to pick the nuances of vanilla and pepper undertones of pot. But I can tell the difference between a lodge-pole pine and a pinion pine. Similarities in buds but it looks to me like two strains.
What we have here are freaky pheno variations. I mean, how often do you see a weed plant with codominant stems? Maybe you accidentally used thalidomide on one of the colloidal silverings?

Codominant stems seem to be quite normal. I get confused when they are not. Makes my job harder at decision time when scissored up.

      #20
My codominant are main stems, not side branches. In my research, I could find nothing like it in weed.

Must be 11 weeks, if last week was 10.
Back left looks ready but Codom looks weeks away. Trichs are skipping the milk and going from clear to ginger. I think a lot of the color is messed up by the light.
Got the stank going on. Like smelling weed through a roll of lifesavers. Gonna be the longest of my Cake grows.

Picture 2 is Codom. Picture 4 is back left.
Back left looks harvestable in a couple days. Codom looks like at least another week. It is on the list of possibilities that plants may get harvested several days apart.
I don't know what sort of flavonoids my seeder is putting in his weed, but up to this point, I've gotten some pretty pronounced magenta leaves and trichomes. Not so much this time. It would be cool to run the same strains again, six months apart, to see how the seasons affect things in my tent.
No. I'm not asking. Just saying it would be a cool experiment.

I loved my mango sativas, it had a real strong sweet Mango flavour, but since moving my grows from outdoor soil to indoor liquid nutes I haven't been able to experience that yet growing 12 plants from my mixed up seed stock. Quite possible I haven't seeded one but not likely.

Oh, good golly! Flavonoids, people! 's what puts the purp in the purps. Puts the magenta in the Cake strains. Actual medicinal stuff and junk they find in fruits and vegetables. Terpenes for taste and smell. Flavonoids for color.
But what's the difference between eating and smoking terps?

                Where's my Going2fast? Dudebroman! Hey!
Back left has at least 50% ginger trichomes but hardly a lick of milk. It is clear and ginger. Codom has plenty of milk and the others are gingering along nicely, with milk.
My Fiskars hand is itching to get at back left. Gonna be looking like zombie weed!

Penultimate wrap-up. I may or may not post when the hash gets made. The hash won't get made until the new bubble bags show up later in the week. That will come from 150 grams of trim and small-medium bud that are sitting in the freezer.
Somewhere between 210 and 225 grams of well-trimmed bud became 33 grams of resin. Round things up and down and I figure a 15%ish return.
A personal best all around. The most grams in a grow. The most return on rosin making. The rosin is as good as I pay for at the shop, even without dewaxing. Smoothe enough. Fair clean in the banger. Clean smelling cloud. Pleasant aftertaste.
Learned a couple things. The best thing I can do for the best product I can make is to trim as much leaf as I can from the bud before processing. I also learned that a hot water bath between vacuums is great for making a crumble consistency (If you don't know what that means, don't worry about it. It's more of a personal note.)
                  Mighty fine strain, that Hotcakes!

                    Got to thinking about it.
The maximum output of my light (HGL360 Elite) says 320 watts. That means I'm getting better than that gram-a-watt target people go for.

That's good going. Last grow I took 4 to flower, had to harvest early unfortunately, 1300w sf7000 (probably 1250w) 4 x 80w flood lights and 5 far red 30w for 1720w and got about 1680gram from memory. That's in a room though, not a tent. So if I hit 1 for 1 I'll be really happy.
