    Milk Shake

    Ingredients:

    6 grams of decarbed trim.
    2 1/2 cups of whole milk
    1/2 banana
    5 strawberries
    3 or 4 scoops of ice cream
    Whipped cream
    ​​Cherrries

    Method:

    Combine, milk and trim. Bring to boil than simmer milk and weed for 15 minutes.
    Turn off stove and let milk and weed cool.

    Combine strawberries and banana in blender and blend well.

    Remove vegitation from milk with, coffee press, strainer or cheese cloth.

    Throw Away trim.

    Combine everything else with icecream and blend.. Click image for larger version

        Do you have a lactose free version?
        Flower Room: 11' x 7' x 7.5'H, 480w AC, 13gal/day dehumidifier, 1.5gal ultrasonic humidifier, 60gal (27gal usable) nute tank, 16" pedestal fan & 18" wall fan. Lighting and climate automated. Hand watering.
        Veg Cupboards: ​​​​​​Two 4x2x6H cupboards. SF2000 Evo in each. Climate controlled and automated. Hand watering
        Aeroponics Low Pressure Bucket: 20W LED. 5 clones
        Lights: 2 x SF-7000, 2 x 30w 660&730nm supp. red boosters for flower stretch over sativa x in flower room.
        Medium: Coco/perlite, mix of 13gal & 7.2gal pots, no drains

          I'm not sure Bluey. Is lactose free and fat free the same thing? I just googled it. Since the fat content is the same. I don't see why it would not work.

          Lactose is not fat so that should be fine. I think it's a protein.

        Just a couple of things to add. I used 4 large scoops of Breyers chocolate ice cream.

        The trim I used was mainly frosty sugar leaves.

        If anyone does makes it or modify it. I
        would love to hear how it worked out.

        The above recipe made about 2 1/2 milk shakes

          Bluey are you avoiding dairy or just lactose? Use whole fat lactaid,
          should hold the THC just as well. It's still got milk fat in it.

          Edit: sorry Mollisol I see now you already answered this question. Great post! We need more like it.

            No prob man. I was thinking the same thing. As long as their is milk fat for the cannaboids to bond with it should work great.
