I use the 350R. I set the dimmer at 1-2 clicks for sprout. Then 2-4 clicks during veg and 5 during flower. I had light burn issues at 7 on the dimmer, so I cut it back a bit. I use the HLG recommendations for height. 24" or so during veg and 15" or so during flower.

        Thanks.
that was all I could find from the manufacturer, the recommended hight, nothing about intensity. This is what I was looking for. Thanks again.

I just put into service a Phantom PhotoBio par meter. I have the 350 24" above two plants. The dimmer is set on the first click. I have a steady reading of 166 umols. When I rise the dimmer one click the umols jump up to about 275. I didn't measure each click but I will and will post the numbers here.

I use an app for my phone called Photone, you have to wrap a piece of paper around the camera lens as a diffuser for PPFD and DLI but it works fairly well. It was spot on compared to my Lux meter when I compared that to the app.

I just downloaded the app. Gonna give her go….. it’s telling me to raise the light or turn it down.. I raised it. Not on the hlg, on my viparspectra 700, this light is strong.

I have one of those Viparspectra 700 & a 600 too. Great lights especially the 700 since you can dim the different colors.
