    Looking for some advice. I just purchased this light and was looking for some advice on height and power settings.

    Read the instruction manual. Download from the manufacturer's website if needed.
    Flower Room: 11' x 7' x 7.5'H, 480w AC, 13gal/day dehumidifier, 1.5gal ultrasonic humidifier, 60gal (27gal usable) nute tank, 16" pedestal fan & 18" wall fan. Lighting and climate automated. Hand watering.
    Veg Cupboards: ​​​​​​Two 4x2x6H cupboards. SF2000 Evo in one SF7000 in other. Climate controlled and automated. Hand watering
    Aeroponics Low Pressure Bucket: 20W LED. 5 clones & 20W LED 11 clones
    Lights: Mars Hydro FC-E1200W, SF-7000, SF-2000 evo in flower room.
    Medium: Coco/perlite, 7.2gal pots, no drains
    Current Grow: ​​​5 x Photos Franklin's Orange Zkittles x Sour Diesel in flower room, 3 Franklin's White Widow x Sour Diesel Clones, 13 x Orange ZkittleZ x Sour Diesel clones in Aeroponics buckets x 2.
    Last Grow: A mix

      I use the 350R. I set the dimmer at 1-2 clicks for sprout. Then 2-4 clicks during veg and 5 during flower. I had light burn issues at 7 on the dimmer, so I cut it back a bit. I use the HLG recommendations for height. 24" or so during veg and 15" or so during flower.

        that was all I could find from the manufacturer, the recommended hight, nothing about intensity. This is what I was looking for. Thanks again.

          I just put into service a Phantom PhotoBio par meter. I have the 350 24" above two plants. The dimmer is set on the first click. I have a steady reading of 166 umols. When I rise the dimmer one click the umols jump up to about 275. I didn't measure each click but I will and will post the numbers here.

              I use an app for my phone called Photone, you have to wrap a piece of paper around the camera lens as a diffuser for PPFD and DLI but it works fairly well. It was spot on compared to my Lux meter when I compared that to the app.

            I just downloaded the app. Gonna give her go….. it’s telling me to raise the light or turn it down.. I raised it. Not on the hlg, on my viparspectra 700, this light is strong.

              I have one of those Viparspectra 700 & a 600 too. Great lights especially the 700 since you can dim the different colors.
