Every grow season I get a number of requests to germinate and
start seedlings for friends. While attending a Super Bowl party I
had a bunch more requests and I was getting a little worried about
how I would keep track of what could be about a dozen various
Strains and individual orders. I am a notorious re-purpose advocate
and hold onto just about everything. Most Tuesdays I have a favorite
local Taco Truck I frequent and they are generous with their sauces
that they put in these little black cups with lids. I've been using them
in the past to keep small nuts & bolts in. Turns out that they are an
ideal size to lay those small cotton facial pads somebody left in my
bathroom medicine cabinet in. I'll be able to use peel-off labels to
identify what's what and who's who's. The Taco Truck is also very
generous with their unbleached natural fiber napkins that I was
initially going to trim and use in the bottom until I stumbled onto the
face pads. My plan is to begin germination about mid March when
the daylight hours become longer than the darkness. Sorry for the
boring post but California's atmospheric river has me trapped in the
house and I'm bored spitless.
