    Bottle Feeders

If you feed from a bottle you know the mess that can happen when you have to meter out the nutrients from the bottle. I use a spout from a plastic 12oz squeeze bottle that they use for ketchup and sauces for my quart bottles.

    So much easier and cleaner.

ID:	614097I like it. I use a syringe. I drilled a 1/4" hole in the lid of the nutrient bottle, inserted a 1/4 tube and keep it capped off in between feeds. I re-use the lid for new bottles. I use CX nutrients. They're easy to mix using the syringes and ml/L measurements.

      Sweet! Good idea!!

I like to use the pour spout because it makes it easy to squeeze into the measuring spoons I use.

    Both ideas are most excellent!

I use syringes also when mixing under 4 gal. taking it from the top opening. Most are 5gal containers. More than that I have a tap on the bottom of those containers and use a 200ml measuring beaker. Shaking full 20ltr nute containers is not for everyone though.

I used to use a small paint mixer attachement on a drill to mix my 5 gal solutions but too much just sloshed around so I just use a stick to mix up my solutions.

      I use something similar Rootsruler

20ltrs of my two part nute mix with tap, NPK nicely labelled with stirrer for the tank I run on a drill. Aerates the mix nicely.
