    Two Quart Jars

Howdy Fellow Growers. Does anyone have any experience or opinions on the use of two quart jars for curing? I am considering this option as I am most happily running out of one quart jars.

I use the 2 quart jars with Boveda packs, have not had any issues. Best price I found (haven't compared in a while, my supply is good)

Mine go straight to gallon jars. Last harvest I filled 7 gallon jars and 3 quart jars. Each gallon jar holds around 1/4 lb.

I have a few 2-qt jars that I mainly use for storage. But I've cured using them with no issues. I was kind of forced to use them to cure because I couldn't find any wide mouth Qt jars at the time I needed them, so I bought the 2-qt jars. Perhaps not as convenient as the Qt jars for me, so I will mainly use them for storage and if necessary, to cure. I have stopped using the Boveda packs. I like to use an H2O spritz on the underneath side of the jar's lid, if I need to raise or maintain the RH in the jar.
