I've used it before and I've seen Master Growers use their products in commercial grows. It's a good stuff. I personally like to use General Hydroponics FloraNova Grow and Bloom. I've had great yields and it's an all in one solution so I don't have to be mixing up a bunch of additional inputs. I grow in soil from a brand called Roots Original.
If you're growing in coco please make sure to read the watering practices tutorial they have on the site. The biggest issue I see with newbs is over or underwatering. Coco is going to make it that much harder to keep hydrated without overwatering. Coco tends to not hold onto water like soil does. It also doesn't like to hold onto magnesium so I would also invest in a calcium/magnesium supplement. I like to use General Hydroponics Cali/Magic. If you don't want to buy a premixed bottle you can also use ground up calcium pills for the calcium and unscented Epsom Salt for the magnesium. IIRC, it's one teaspoon of the ES to a gallon of water.
This is a more technical, in depth article on watering, soil and pot size. I suggest you read it as it has a lot of good information, especially for a newb, so that you learn the right way to set up your pots and avoid certain pitfalls in your grow journey.
