Strange growth?

Here I have something weird going on.., I've tried googling but can't find anything that matches this strange growth pattern, recently got a few zombie kush clones from a mate, turned them into bonzai mothers, took and cloned two zombies, put in same containers and soil but two different growth patterns.
one really grate and one doing this weird curling shriveled leaf thing???

I would cull that and try to clean around the area with h2o2 and/or isopropyl
