    Yellow leaves seedling

Hi all, these are coming up 4 weeks old. The growth has been stunted for about two. Just wondering why the leaves are bright yellow when I've given none of my plants nutrients?

I'd guess nitrogen deficiency or too fertile of soil. The real answers will come with full grow details so people can help out.

I think your soil is too hot. I just put a seedling in happy frog and perlite to use up the frog but it was way too hot and stunted its growth. Its an auto so pretty sure that will affect the final yield even if it bounces back

Ok, yeah I'm using canna terra professional soil. Did use 400w HPS 45-50" above canopy for first 4 weeks, transitioned them over to 450w Led's 25-30" above canopy at %40 light strength.

Mist spraying them with purified water every 24-36 hours. I can't remember the strain I think it's XXL critical or BXL critical.

Got one fan running all the time, (not overly strong).

Make sure the lights are off for the misting and off until they dry.

The soil I'm using got N-P-K of 12-24-24. Peat, perlite, %85 organic soil. It's in a 50L bag

The humidity was dancing around %40-50 humidity first 4 weeks, with temperatures staying around 25C.

RH could be higher in this stage.

I've got 10 plants in total. 6 of them doing fine, healthy as, same soil. Just these 4 I've shown are looking troubled, first two I've shown probably dead soon from the looks

Even plants have nute intolerances just like people having food intolerances. Looks to me like these 4 did not care for that high N soil.

Hot soil and too much light is my guess, oh and growing in peat is problematic as stated above....way to low pH.

I suggest you buy a reliable pH and EC meter but if not pH strips will do in a pinch.

Apera PH60 is the go to.
