Wpm it's a systemic disease. Meaning if infects the entire plant. So once it is inside the plant you cannot eliminate it. You can manage the white powder on the leaves to prevent more plants to be contaminated but it will continue to flare up. Best thing to do is to quarantine that plant so it doesn't spread to the entire garden.
