If the PD had anything they would just bust your door down!. The fact that they contact you indirectly tells me they have NOTHING unless you say something. SAY NOTHING do not even talk with them.

So far yes, but not sure what on earth is going on. My PD has no clue who in uniform came and made it fully clear had they needed me, they know where I live lol. Fact someone in uniform asking my neighbors where I live when it's in the system/database is a bit unsettling. Its 1:49pm and all's well, so far.

Be careful. It almost sounds like a private citizen is trying to get your information.

NebulaHaze What is a PC, and why would they do something like that? I was thinking after verifying that it wasn't the authorities, that more than likely, its someone casing my house trying to see if anyone is home or not. Either way, I took precautions to keep my kids safe just in case,

Yes, definitely could be someone just trying to find out if you're home, that's a common burglary tactic!

Found out this morning what all the chaos was about yesterday. Turned out it was someone from my kids school district trying to get around my attorney and restraining order which is most likely going to cost them their job because this was done all off record and the feds are now looking into it. I'll fill you in on the details in a bit.

Update. Despite everything I have done, they still managed to break into my home today. I'm so angry and upset, its taken me a bit to calm down enough to write this. My kids are growing up fast and still have some remnants of innocence left and today, it was taken from them in a horrible way. Both have had dental work done and each had a tooth they had placed under their pillow in hopes that the tooth fairy would visit them. Its one of the very few things my kids still believe in and with everything said between friends in school, those beliefs are starting to wane. Because they have been up late past few days, it was very difficult for the toothfairy to make their visit when their not in their beds sleeping. Today my kids went with my wife and her mom to get haircuts and new uniforms for school when the tooth fairy realised while the kids were out this would most likely be the only and last opportunity to make the most likely final visit so flew in, grabbed the teeth left under the pillow and being very generous left each child a $10 bill. The tooth fairy being extremely tired because lets face it, being a tooth fairy has horrible union benefits and extremely underpaid with long hours and NO DENTAL, went to lay down and rest. A few hours later I am woken up to the sound of my children returning home with my wife who purposely asks them if the tooth fairy ever came. Both of my kids run to their rooms and I was smiling as I coudlnt wait to hear my Childrens reactions. What came next I totaly did not expect. Instead of laughter, I hear what sounds like my kids tearing up their bedrooms. I can even hear one trying to muffle their small sobs. This I nor my wife expected to hear and my daughter did her best to try hiding her tears. Both of them were upset extremy and said their teeth they left under their pillows were gone and that the tooth fairy left nothing and even started saying how can someone take their teeth and asked me again if she really even existed. My heart felt like it split and jumped both into my throat and stomach. I go check myself and find absolutely nothing. It was then my daughter noticed her tootsie roll bank missing and then realization started dawning on me. Why didnt the alarm delay go off when my family returned. It was on when I went to take a nap. I look at the panel and its pitch black, no lights, nothing. My plants are untouched and even the electronics are still here, but quite a few small expensive items just gone. I go to check the main panel to see it too was.off, but also I can smell the box as I get closer. Smelled like burned chemicles like when you connect a compacitor on the wrong polarity. The alarm system is fried. Not sure how yet. It was when I got to the rear kitchen door to access the wheel chair ramp to bring my wifes chair inside that I could not pull open the door so left it unlocked and went out another door, walked around my house and from outside pushed extremely hard to get the door open. It was jammed to the point my son had to help me and finally got the door open. Soon as it opened, found out why I was having so much trouble. Someone had destroyed the lock.almost as if a crowbar was used to tear the door open. All was done from the back door where no one would be able to see them. Someone broke into my home and stole small things. They stole my kids money which I went to the bank and took out two $20s to try putting under my kids pillows though the damage is done because my daughter I believe overheard me talking to my wife. I promised I would replace the money stolen from them so thinking maybe skip trying to put money under their pillows and tomorrow open their own bank accounts and just put visa cards under their pillowe. Jeash, why does this idea sound like something trump would do? Whats frightening about this is the fact someone was in my home while I was sleeping and even now my wife is extremely stressed.

Not sure why this photo didnt upload with my post above. Only happens when I try posting with my phone instead of my pc. Anyway, looks like other houses nearby got hit as well. The pd has been all over the place all night.time to buy a new alarm system, again.

My pit bull patrols the house from within all night!. If they try to walk around my home when sleeping I bet I will have robber stain in the carpet.

ya, dogs are wonderful deterrents to would be burglars. our neighborhood gets cased enough its become pretty obvious to us when its happening. around 6 breakins and a home invasion on my block in the last 5 yrs, but so far not my house. i see them parked and watching, but it seems that seeing my husky and rott/bullmastiff kids in the window inspires them to find easier pickins, lol.

I'm not a dog person. Used to be, but decided when I had kids it was a risk I was unwilling to take. Reason for this was because I got attacked twice and put in the hospital by my own dogs when I was younger, and no it wasn't due to being miss-treated. They were both my dogs too. German shepherds. First one was fine, then 5 years later bit my friend, then my brother and me and my parents gave him to someone with no children. When I was 14 I had my second German Shepard and she was only 4 years old. I had gotten home from school, went to let her outside and she looked at me funny, in a way that gave me the creeps. When I opened the door, I was still in my winter jacket. Dog walked to the door, turned and looked at me strangely again then next thing I know I'm pinned to the ground with it attacking me trying to tear my throat out. When something like this happens, its usually because the animal is mistreated, like pulling ears, tail, to the point it just snaps. This wasn't the case. My brothers friend was over seeing this and I'm getting bit up badly. Next thing I know, I just see a black blur and next moment my Shepard is off me and a huge dog fight is taking place. I managed to get my brothers dog in as his friend slams the door trapping my dog outside. It was then I see all the blood and my mom walking in and seeing me too and getting rushed to the ER. Surprisingly no stitches needed but a lot of puncture wounds. Turns out my brothers black lab knew something was wrong with my dog and despite never being trained to be an attack dog, knew to get involved hence the blur I saw. It was a week later I find out that the issue was with the breed. It had a tumor in its head that the rest of the litter developed as well and turned out all but 2 had turned on their owners. This one my parents put down. I like chocolate labs, but decided no more dogs and to stick with cats. They had be as dangerous as dogs. For example, my wife's cat got outside and took on my neighbors two shepherds. With my neighbors help who held the dogs off, I got my wife's cat which was about 4 to 5 months old and covered in blood. I find out afterword's that just about all the blood on the cat was from the two dogs. The cat had a slight fracture on its rear leg, and 3 puncture wounds. My opinion, the cat should of been torn apart but something about it is different from my other cats. Its all muscle and doesn't allow any animals on my property or it breaks through the screen and attack them. The two big dogs it had attacked needed a lot of stitches. The funniest thing it has ever done, when we had a break-in two years ago and an officer came to investigate, he put his hand on my daughters shoulder and next thing I know I hear growling and the cat leaps off the sofa at the officers face. I managed to grab the cat in mid air and got some nice cuts in the process. The officer was shocked. He never knew a cat could be as dangerous as a dog. That I needed stitches for too, 22 to be exact. I wouldn't let him take the cat either which is normal procedure for any animal attack. He didn't argue either, most likely because the cat was being protective.
