    Help ! Burnt Pistils

Outdoor, 10 gallon bags, living soil. Hose water, give compost tea or Dr. Earth fertilizer once a week. Spray every week, rotate Neem oil (veg only), M. Garden insect, M. BT.
Was looking great but as transition to bloom began, I noticed that a lot of the female pistils were looking dried and or burnt on the tips. Figured too much nutrient and gave water only for 2 weeks but the problem persists. It has been hot in Nor Cal, 90's and 100's. Made drain boards and boxes to try to help keep grow bags cool on the patio.
The plants seem like they are strong and doing well. But these burnt looking pistils are freaking me out. Like my buds are dying before they get started!

I'm not seeing any burned pistils. Just nice healthy plants. What am I missing?

The little white hairs. About half are dry and brown or red. They look like the are dying. Blow the pics up and you will see. I am a new grower, so I hope I'm not being stupid but I was told they shouldn't turn colors the first week of bud.

After further study, the little white hairs are called stigmas and are a part of the pistils. I hope I got it right. I didnt think that they would dry and discolor at the very beginning of the flower period. So maybe the question should be, is this normal for the first couple weeks of bud?

Well, thanks for the kind words crucialbunny, dirtymike and Mollisol. I will quit worrying about the burnt looking Stigmas, white hairs. You guys have eased my mind. I will sleep better now.
