    Powder mildew

Hey all, my garden looks like shit. Powder mildew i think. I'm 3 weeks into flower. I've tried the milk treatment without any luck. I might just have to ride it out

I have some pics but having problems uploading

This last batch of clones are looking poor too. I may lose my runtz muffin clones. I have 2 in flower. Obviously I cant take more now. Damn i hate to lose those genetics! Click image for larger version

My success with a mild case was vinegar and water. You are late enough into flowering that your options are very limited.

          Indispensible equipment:
          1. Dehumidifier--and a good one, not a little crappy small one.
          2. Air circulation is crucial, and strategic defoliation will allow the air to circulate better. Cannabis leaves transpire a lot, and you avoid too much moisture being trapped by strategic defol.
          3. Temperature control: I keep grow room at 72 degrees during flower. And I keep the dehumidifier running as necessary. During summer months, all this makes a grow more expensive.

Updated pictures see all the white garbage! I think it's just as important to post are failures as our success. This may be an epic failure!

Oh man this is heartbreaking to me i'm so sorry i know your fully invested with this grow. I'd almost stick them in a bathtub and spray with mix that Rwise said then give them a shower let them dry out in that tub. That milk makes them look worse to me

Unless WPM spins webs, it's not WPM. I see webs on the margins of several leaves. On my screen, those pictures look like spots.
            Get out your loupe.

I'm using my phone to view these images and if Gingerbeard had not pointed out the webs between the margins no way would I have seen those. Nice pick up.
Good luck Mollisol . I hope you can save your buds and thanks for posting. Spidermites are sort of at the, if your house is insured torch it to get rid of them, sort of difficulty level.

Maybe try ISO and water 1 part ISO to 8 parts water (I have went 50/50) spray the under side then the top side, soak them good with lights out fan to help dry. Spray the floor, wall soil everdamnthing. The ISO evaporates fast then the water leaving nothing behind. Maybe open a window for a bit. This like spinosad is a contact killer, does not kill eggs so needs to be done every 3 days for at least 3 treatments.
              Good luck!

Milk doesn’t kill the fungus. I think copper is one of the only thing that actually kills the fungus but I wouldn’t put that on anything flowering. Milk just prevents it from spreading. I grow giant pumpkins and a few other squash and watermelons. They’re almost impossible not to get powdery mildew on outdoors unless you’re spraying with milk from the start. Use skim milk as well so the fat doesn’t rot. But like I said it’s a preventative not a cure. You can try and spray it on the leaves you don’t have it on and cut the leaves off you have it on to prevent further spread. With our squash we literally start spraying mid spring and do it once a week till harvest and we haven’t had issues. Surprising though as we have spores and knock on wood my weed plants have never gotten in. I’ve pretty much dealt with every bloody bug there is and black soot mold but never powdery mildew. I had honestly thought cannabis wasn’t susceptible to it.

reading further looks like spider mites. I had them on my egg plants this year. Sprayed with Scott’s eco bug b gone. It’s pyrethrum and canola oil and I mixed that with some mosquito barrier (aka pure garlic juice concentrate). I doused the damn plants and sprayed them everywhere. All over the leaves, fruits, pots, soil and deck they’re on. Worked. But again not on flowering plants. I would do like others suggested and try the iso or try peroxide. I would do soak the plants every couple days for a week. The plants are fucked anyways if you don’t do anything so what do you have to lose. Get some get circulation going and soak the hell out of them and hope for the best. I guess you could also maybe try lady bugs since it’s indoors but not sure they eat them like the do aphids
