Finished curing my scarlet galaxy today, only got about a half ounce from the plant but this is the one that my cat chewed on while young so it was stunted. I really like the buds' structure, dense enough, sugar leaves aren't too prevalent. Nice stickyness. Great aroma, lots of lemon-lime with a little funk and that transfers into the smoke. Very smooth smoke and the high is great, mellow and calming. Thanks so much for these seeds, Going2fast . In a few months in going to do a sea of green, 9 different plants,a battle Royale, using only seeds I acquired from this forum and the other forum, and for that one I'll grow the scarlet sunset S1.

Good luck mine did'nt get real tall and yes pull them out to the sides but really would'nt worry about it.

A little droopy after watering today with it just before lights out. 26 days from seed and Galaxy is showing flower. Just going to let them grow with very little manipulation this grow. Maybe just pulling a few branches out. No topping or lst. Hope they don't get too tall.2 Photos

Scarlet Galaxy is a few days away from harvest. Looks amazing, nugs are nice and dense, smells fruity and sweet. My cat chewed on it when it was young so it got stunted but I'll still have a half decent harvest.2 Photos

Two weeks above ground. Look strong and healthy so far. Did in the spring also before the rot. I'm just hoping to finish these by Thanksgiving and cure by New Years.2 Photos

Ps: Had to try them again. They smelled so good even my wife liked them before we lost them.

Ok here goes . Guess you could call these insurance for the shit weather we've had here in the East this summer. These are the two scarlets I lost to bud rot earlier this year. Galaxy on the left and Runtz on the right both popped yesterday. Hope to have something cured and ready by New Year. Outdoor photos are flowering and doing great considering but if it stays this wet and humid all fall it'll be tough.

My past grows with this brand were half strength as this had at the beginning. Yet the others were better %'s. I even gave an extra half can of my supercritical fluid of choice.
Frosty, yes. But I wonder about the size of trichomes. Also, 42 grams of S. Grapes packed the column with a couple inches to spare at the top. Usually, that amount will pack the tube to the top. Denser nugs?
The hashiness is wearing off and a proper weed smell is wafting off the miracle (my name for what I make because it doesn't really fit any of the normal categories of shatter, batter, wax, et al.)

Interesting. She is usually a frost queen. But runtz gave you 20%. You did say you didn't start the flower nutes soon enough. Wonder if that had something to do with it. I know nothing about growing in coco so my opinion is just that. They were purdy nugs though.

The wrap-up.
Got 10% return on my 126 grams of flower. Not great.
Still not dialed in on how much and how long to let the flower soak in the column. This round has a hashy taste. Terps are not as profound as the other Scarlets. A good high.
The color is super fantastic! I have an official dark purple, nearing black grow. It doesn't show in the pictures, but the final product in the bowl has a purple tinge to it. Not as obvious as a lump of brown sugar.
I have one more grow of S. Galaxy. The weather has been, I've seen at times, 13° cooler than average. No idea if the coming months will bring back the heat. My light is hot enough to heat my apartment. Very unpleasant conditions. I'm going to wait a bit for the next.

Probably. The chamber is sitting on a heating pad at 100°. The house smells like concentrated S. Grapes.
