I took my LED apart to see how much dust accumulated in 4.5 years of sporadic use. Took a look at the light panel and saw two LED's have gone black. Along with the mix of Miracle-Gro in my coco, I'm wondering if they have anything to do with LDS's long stretch and larfy buds.

The only things I did not process were the main fans and stems. Every bit of leaf had trichomes.

Galaxy had trichs on the fan leaf stems!! Don't blame you for optimizing your harvest. Awesome.

Oh, yeah. The hay smell during drying. Hardly a bit. I'm wondering if the lack of hay has something to do with letting my coco go dry before cutting, or if dry trimming has something to do with it.
About the dry trim. I usually do a good bit before hanging. No a full on trim, just major leaves. This time I removed only most of the fans.

HA! I'm so embarrassed. Got most everything blasted, doled out, or spoken for before wrap-up. Harvest day was a day and two after my last pictures. Click image for larger version

I'm going between 250-260 grams. Let's call it an even 9 ounces. Probably one of my top productions. Most of the harvest was like the buds you see. Laid Down Sally was pretty much larf but loaded with trichs!
Blasted 3 - 42 gram columns. The results are in the purge chamber. Looks like a good percentage.
Can't get over the lavender/magenta colors.

I only take them off if they are touching the soil or have yellowed. Not a fan of removing leaves unless needed. I wait till flower stretch then thin as needed. They look happy.

    Day 25

The Scarlets have been topped, one is is LST (that one is hiding int eh back) the others I may torture some other way in the future. I want to see what I have to work with before I bend them over. The big fan leaves have been tucked under so the shoots are getting as much light as possible. How long do you leave the big fan leaves at the bottom before trimmig? Normally I would have cut them by now. It may be moot soon, they are hanging in the coco and it is taking a toll. I thought I saw a hint of a pre-flower on one of them. (The plant in lower left is a RP).

Depends on the size and health of the plant. As soon as you are able begin lst. Just go slow and get the top node bent over 90%. Here's grapes just before harvest lst only. Click image for larger version

So if they are not topped, how many center nodes will it produce before it starts to slow down and transition to flower?

So I got a new organiser for my beans. Whilst reorganizing I came across these. Completely forgot about them. When I made this seed run I also reversed a bloody skunk from Sweet Seeds in hopes of making some s1 seeds. The reverse was successful but she produced no pollen. Just empty flowers. as with scarlet sunset I only reversed half the plant so I pollinated one bud with sunset but it was late in the run and I didn't think they would mature. Ended up getting 11 nice dark beans off of the bud but as scarlet grapes has taught me color isn't a good indicator. I know what I'm popping next. Click image for larger version

I use GH trio on the GWE hydro schedule. I just adjust the nutreint week to match how the plant flowers.

The only other time I grew autos it was by accident, they were supposed to be photos. I manifolded them until I figured out why they were flowering under 18/6.

Love seeing different methods. What is your nute regimen? Seriously curious as I grow for seeds in smaller pots and struggle to keep them happy thru harvest.
