Three Kings CLONING - Does it Live or Die?

So as a Newbie- I cant lie- I am now a youtube expert on growin which means I dont know much and at my age- I keep it real and keep it fun
So my three kings is doing pretty well except for nute issues and as I was working the branches... I took this whole one off the bottom -
it had a set of leaves below and it had a tip growing...... to see what it would do- I topped it and took the bottom stems off so all
energy would be to the two remaining.. This picture is today and is day 8 of the clone- the leaves are droopin a bit but I would think if it is dead- the leaves would wilt?
Does it live or die? What sayeth you....

Clones will generally look kinda rough for the first seven to ten days, or until they've rooted and adapted.

I would also not have messed with topping it or trimming until it was comfortably rooted.
Back to playin in the dirt!

Appreciate the knowledge and I dont plan on really cloning much- I just thought-- why let it go to waste so through it
in soil to see what it would do.... Ill update as it goes...

Okay 3 days later which makes this a total of 8 days...
I did not Ph anything-- just Foxfarms and water...
since joining this site I realized how important the nutrients are and also how POTENT they are
More to come.... The fan leaves are holding there own now... Three Kings may live yet...

It needs to establish some roots so try not to overwater and it may turn out okay. I'd leave off nutes until it does. You may want to try just a foliar spray of diluted sea kelp...seems to make clones thrive in their initial growth.
I hope there is an afterlife...there are a lot of friends and family I'd like to see again, one day.
