    when is the best time to feed my plants ? before light, when light turns off ?

    How could you see when the lights turned off?

      Hi thanks for your comment , because some people say its not good to feed plants in light .

    I'd say growing in soil it makes no difference. Better worry more about getting too dry or wet. The plant is transpiring whether the lights are on or off. It just uses stored sugar for energy and growth when lights off and creates the sugars from excess energy after growth when lights are on. As I understand it.......

    This may help explain.


    How come plants produce oxygen even though they need oxygen for respiration?

      Yeah, seriously though, it shouldn't matter.
      Just water when they need it.

          This. Although, environmental factors will increase or decrease transpiration rates. Plants sweat to cool, and vice versa, just like us. Water out, water in.
