Purpose of hook in grow tent

I've been growing for years but cannot figure out what the plastic hook on the door of my grow tent is for? I just bought another tent for clones and it has the same hook, different manufacturer, so it has to have some sort of purpose. It's just a plastic clip swivel hook on webbing. It's on the door so can't be for a fan or anything that would collapse when you open the door.

Not sure about your tent, but both of mine have hooks on the doors. I use them to securely hold the door open when working on the plants. There should be a corresponding place to click them into on the outside of the tent somewhere.

My first tent had the hook, my second Velcro. I like the Velcro better.
