We did it! My first harvest

Harvested my first plant! Thanks to everyones help here! I did a wet trim because my drying environment is a little damp. Right now the temp is 71 with 62% RH.

Should i leave the exhaust fan on all the time? I have it running at 5 and no fan inside tent

    Congratulations, ponzi314!

Sadly, I can't address your question as I only grow outdoors.

Congrats on your first harvest. Can't comment on exhaust fan i don't use one. I do have my strings of buds in a spare bedroom curtains closed windows open cause it's very warm and no fan they'd dry to quick. When i walk into the room i gently swing the jute string there hanging on just sway. I do a easy squeeze on buds an bend the stalks tests for dryness.
Do clip all the dryed little one don't let those get too dryed out. Have fun

Good feeling, wot? But, who helped you the most? A little quid pro quo would be nice.
Do not aim your fan at your flowers. Using the floor and walls, you can create more turbulence in the circulation.
Good call on the wet trim with humidity. I often deal with %70+ when drying. A suggestion for next time. Wait until the sugar leaves and wilt before trimming. A day or two should do it. I did this on my last trim and will keep doing it. It makes trimming a lot easier.
I can't tell from the picture. What is your exhaust situation?

Right now im at 66%/72F and its killing me because we have a storm going on so very humid outside. Scared of mold.

Exhaust i have sucking from the top of tent through a 4inch ac infinity T4 into a Vivosun 4inch carbon filter.(Exhaust is on outside of tent if i didnt word it right)
Then inside the tent i put a dyson fan(had one sitting around) and pointed it at the walls so it creates some kind of circulation. At the bottom of tent i kept one of those ports open to allow fresh air in.

Good air. Alternate the wind wall so one side doesn't dry faster.
Other than that, I have nothing to nit-pik. Keep with the bud porn.

Thank you all! I just added a dyson fan pointed at the wall just to add more circulation from the bottom. We're currently in a storm so I'm happy i cut the plants when i did or else they would have been over watered and soaked with possibility of MOLD lol. Unfortunately the humidity went up to 65% in here so hopefully it goes down.

Trimming the plants...really makes me wonder how some of you guys do it with those huge 6 ft trees lol. My plants were small and still took me about an hour.

Current setup is my AC Infinity T4 fan exhausting at speed 7 into carbon filter(Exhaust pipe is at the top of tent. Then i have a small hole open at the bottom of tent and infront of that i put my fan to pull fresh air in.

I thought the Carbon filter would cover the smell but my whole basement smells like weed lol Im wondering if its because i carried them from outside into the tent and thats the lingering smell or if its from the exhaust.

After day 3 ill start checking the branches and smaller nugs.

I need to get those humidity sensors for the bags im using still

People with 6' trees have trim machines and trim friends who want to earn an ounce.
