i am a novice grower can theese what is the differance between ascrew in led plant light bulb and cfl ? can these bulbs get hot and damage the plant? thanks trex.

Either works. A plant specific LED is probably better than a non-plant specific light.C'mon, mule!

Don't cheap out on the light. Good ones grow much better then cheap junk does. If you buy cheap, they won't last and you will have to buy it again. Do it right the first time.
