I posted a few weeks ago about how my auto Northern Light plant hadn't flowered and long story short it still hasn't. Last week I flipped her to 12/12 and put in the 250W Super HPS bulb. Now the light is up as far as it will go and she's inches away. What should I do? Hoping she starts flowering soon....

I grew a Northern Lights auto. It took a long time to flower also. It turned out to be pretty good smoke. Dense buds for an auto.I quit growing auto,s because photo,s are just better and almost as fast. Break that tallest bit over to keep it out of the light and defoliate the bottom a bunch. Have a great grow !!Focus and relativity.

Thanks you guys. I think I topped it and bent it over good enough but I need to defoliate I guess. A photo from after I cut the top.1 PhotoSeedsman Northern Light auto in DIY coco coir, 250W MH bulb, GH nutrients/CaliMagic in a 4 x 2 x 6 foot tent, 18/6. Put in coco: 12/22/21. 2/23/22 changed to 12/12 and 250W Super HPS bulb

Has it put on the stretch? If not your going to need more room. Keep an eye on that top for burn.Don't worry, be happy, grow sticky buds.

I'm not sure what you mean....its supposed to be an auto so I didn't flip the light when it was half as tall as my space. I'll keep an eye on it.

As I understand the situation, it was supposed to be an auto but didn't flower so it was flipped to 12/12 to force bloom. I would infer that it is in reality a photo, and therefore will stretch significantly after the light change. Either way I think you are close enough to the light now to get burnt.

Oh yeah man I'm definitely worried about burning.....besides bending it is there anything else to do?
