Whats the PH?
Was the coco prepped or preprepped?
With RO, DI or distilled water, dont let it set it takes on CO2 and that makes it acidic and you cannot measure it with any test. However boiling it turns the CO2 loose.
I see a lot of spots that from here look like bug damage, do give them a very close look.

In response , I have search with a loup and cannot find a bug anywhere , on top or under the leaves I can't spot a bug of any kind thats what has me questioning my sanity. At one point couple months ago I had fungus knats but used mosquitoes bits and yellow sticky traps and beat them down , don't see any of them now , probably came in the fox farm ocean forest soil I purchased , could have been any one of the soils I purchased " fox farm ocean forest , fox farm happy frog , fox farm bush doctor coco loco , and I did mix in 1 bag of pro-mix hp w/mycorrhizae . So from what I gather to a response to my plea for help is that I need to use the rodi water soon as I run it and not let it set for any length of time " run it , ph it and use it . Is that right ? I cannot figure out qhat in the heck is going on. This aint my first rodeo with growing some bud but I sure haven't ever run into anything like this. I have used neem on them I have used the 4 n 1 mix water and peroxide and trifecta crop control. None have helped one bit. I have 2 differant ph meters and doubled checked my waters ph , both ph units I have are good ones so I know that isn't the problem. I keep fans going on the 24/7 , was on a 18/6 light cycle but just changed to a 12/12 cycle. I sure thought from the looks of it I had a pest problem , if it is they are invisible. The only thing that come close is mosaic virus but they say there has never been a actual test confirmed result on cannabis but this pretty closely resembles the virus. I guess I don't fully understand what you were saying about the rodi i'm using. Can you please get back to me with more detailed info regarding this please. Could this be a genetics issue ,anyone ??? I know it sure looks like a combo of pest and fungus both but I see no pest and I have looked high and low but nothing. If its a fungus , peroxide and water mix "4-water 1-peroxide does not work , neem concentrate mixed for fungus has no effect , trifecta crop control is useless on it. I really need to figure this out because Spring is coming really soon and I don't want to be plagued with this then. Can't run into this this Spring and not know what to do. Please my 420 brothers and sisters give a big 420 old timer friend some answers. Thanks for the response and expertise thats been laid on me but like I said Spring is near. Looking for answers.HELP ME OUT YOU ALL. Grower in the OZARKS , Southwest Missouri

The small white marks on the leaves remind me of thrip damage. I just recently had a plant in veg that had a light thrip infestation and it looks similar to what I see on your plant. They're very small and difficult to spot when there aren't a lot of them. I used a mist of 5% isopropyl alcohol to water and it cleared after 2 applications.

Usually thrip damage looks like little pencil marks - sorta silvery and shiny. There is definitely stippling on those leaves though. It might be an early spider mite attack. Get a good sprayer with a hose and wand and a be sure to hit the undersides of those leaves good when you spray. Some of the little twerps tend to prefer the new growth up top. Try some Captain Jack's Dead Bug if you can get it. Whatever it is might survive a hosing down but won't survive spinosad.Coconut Grove

So the plant has been like this for 2 months? Has it improved or gotten worse? Looks like the beginning of thrips to me I deal with them almost every grow. Catch them early and no problem. I spray once a week as preventative or every 72 hrs of I see any pest. (Neem) or spinosad but only during veg. Broad mites are almost invisible to the naked eye. 60 plus jeweler loupe and it only takes one to cause severe damage. They will make your new growth start off twisted and wrinkly. Been known to be confused with TVM and being that it hasn’t been found on any cannabis leaf it could be that? But you say you been having issues for two months by now your plants would be done if there was a pest issue, or what you been spraying has been working and keeping them under control you just don’t know it? What I do if I can’t find any by visually checking I get a white paper and put it under the plants and shake them. Whatever is on your leafs will fall on the paper and you will see what you have or don’t have. I almost always get symptoms like TVM most of the time it goes away. My blue dream does that a lot and it’s just light stress. Soon as I back the light off it’s back to normal. Last time growing it. Not the strain but the plant j have.
