Merry Christmas! What are your three favorite strains?

And why. Please include pics if you have them. Mine at the moment are on my Christmas card. On the top is g13 haze. Second time growing her outdoors. Nice gitrdone type buzz. Love it for mountain biking and hiking. Heavy pineapple smell and taste. Great for hot and humid environments.
on the bottom is double grape. New to me and still curing but knockout on the couch nappy time buzz. Great for insomnia and appetite. Doesn't taste like grapes unfortunately. More like cookie dough.
In the middle is bloody skunk grape candy pheno. My first auto run and my first indoor run. Other two were completely different but fine but this one I hope to get again. Smells and taste like grape candy. Lingers in your mouth for a while. Haven't run across nothing like it since. Down to my last ounce but got 4 beans left. My go to when I'm gaming or hanging with friends. Click image for larger version

I have South Beach, Face Mints and White Widow from the dispo. WW tastes as good as it smells and it smells wonderful, they all are high % THC and great, consistent buzzes. On another note, I'm symptomatic again with rhabdomyolysis but itching to fire up the closet. I Had 3 beautiful White Widow fast fems growing, hoping there's another seed left. Living in northern IL would it be wiser to grow photos now and autos in summer? My plans got changed. My noggin hurts most of the time, not at my best cognitively ATM but I can dechlorinate, pH and decant water. Nephew poured the heavy bag of Coast of Maine into 2 tall cat litter pails for me. I could have the closet ready fast. I bought a vipar P1000 to fill the end of the closet with light. I bought a small, portable Ring cam, I could monitor the girls and their environment from my phone. I don't have much else to do. My health insurance got passively changed on 12/1, I learned this on 12/10 when my neuromuscular appt got cancelled. Insurance reverts back on 1/1, none of my specialists take what I have ATM so I'm just hanging out killing time. In 20 hours I turn another year older. I've missed everyone, I guess the headaches are common after an episode of rhabdo. I've had migraines for 42 years but this is different. Eating, a few bites, causes a headache. Another person with recent rhabdo gets the bad headaches after eating also. This is an ER doc's description of the disease: "Rhabdomyolysis is a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma." Sounds about right. Happy-Merry-Joy, everyone!
Soil: Coast of Maine Stonington Blend, perlite; Seedlings: CoM org potting soil
    Indoor: 2 x 5.5 x 8' Closet grow
Viparspectra XS2000; EnjoYield 220W full spectrum light added during flower
    Various size fabric grow bags
Cal-Mag & GH Trio if needed; Flower Fuel & molasses during bloom; ReCharge
4 clip fans. Exhaust into attic is vented to the eaves
    Current grow: DEAD FLOWERS

Happy Birthday Puglover1 I hope you have a pain free day and a lot of joy in your life! i've broken my body too many times, 4 way bypass, sensory loss and now doc wants me to see my urologist again as my PSA is suddenly too high. That's prostate cancer! What else?

OldManGrower That is a tough one, I know from several sweepstakes-entering friends. Ten or 15 years ago it was a catchall diagnosis but back then patients got more help with pain. Rhabdo has so many possible causes it's bizarre but if you get dark, tea-colored urine it means that at least 3.5 grams of muscle died, if it's foamy/frothy on top the kidney(s) took a hit. Mine looked like root beer so I lost a dang 1/8th, lol.

Hey TOKABIGONE, thanks. My best male friend had prostate cancer, had robotic surgery via the VA back then, he's been fine ... except he got a benign brain tumor. He had surgery for that, he's back busy selling real estate, turned 79 last month. I hope you have better news, after seeing the urol. The males in my immediate family all had open heart surgery, or a widow maker. Besides having rare and weird diseases, being diagnosed late and being called a hypochondriac for years, I've been the pedestrian, passenger, or driver in 12 MVAs. Never at fault.

Happy birthday Puglover1 I know the hassle insurance can be. Dealt with that two years back during my cancer treatment. They only care about getting paid. Hang in there and drop a bean or two to occupy your soul.

Thank you. My complaint is that they switched me to a plan that none of my specialists take, the whole University of Chicago plus others.

Well, this is from the grower in the house as I do not partake in the consumption of what I grow, well every so often I might. As far as growing goes I would say green crack auto, Alaskan purple, then lsd. Great producers. Now my wife who does partake might say Alaskan purple green crack the northern lights. So far I have only grown autos. Based on your review of your mephisto run, I think that’s how you spell it, I’ll be trying those soon. I still have expert gorilla and some sweet gelato to run first.
    Happy Holidays everyone.

I really liked Wedding Cake and Alaskan Purple. Both were autos and grew with little effort. They smelled heavenly...two of the best smelling strains yet.
I hope there is an afterlife...there are a lot of friends and family I'd like to see again, one day.

Hmm, I have Alaskan Purple auto seeds here, not sure whether to start photos or autos this time of year. The short days and cooler temps make me think photos.

You can't have autos without ruderalis.

Holy Trinity, Three Stooges, Star Wars coming in three sets of trilogies, etc. etc. This could go on for a while.

From only what I've grown, ILGM Purple Haze deserves a slot for being easy to grow and producing well and especially for its "animations"! Dutch Passion's Blueberry made me a fan for life this year for the smell alone! Crockett's Tangie which grew in parallel with the Blueberry this summer again for the fabulous smell and bonkers frostiness gets a mention too. It's also a damn nice afternoon smoke - it displaced ILGM Bruce Banner for that purpose.

I have nine jars of the intentionally seeded stuff if you're ever in the 'hood. Tangie is a freak because even the pollinated buds make lots of frost.

I don't have a favorite strain because I hav'nt gone through all of them yet. But the once I have gone through, any of the Kush or Haze are ok by me. Merry Christmas.

Christmas is over. This has nothing to do with Christmas. The topics are parallel.

This is about doing a 420/710 flash hit. Instead of everyone using different strains, we need to agree on a strain that we will all acquire and ingest. Of course, west coast OG Kush is different than east coast OG Kush. Phenos change. People misrepresenting their flower. That kind of thing. The choice strain would need to be available to all flashers.
So, this can't be about Fruity Unicorn Poop 4, or Romulan Cottage Cheese. It has to be a common strain.
I'm imagining a 50/50 hybrid for those who 'only' do Sativa or 'only' do Indica.
If we can't agree on something, we need to go through our list of growers to see who, say, grew the most per square foot on their last harvest. They get a list of names and addresses and send out the party favors.
