    Trying not to panic...

So my slight problem is a bit major now.

I thought I may have been overwatering, so yesterday was day three without watering and I woke up to them all drooping. I watered with bloom nutes and they perked up a bit, but they are looking really sickly. I have been administering the calmag and I’m still not sure what’s going on.

I’ve studied the plant doctor and the flow chart and I’m just at a loss, really. I water at 6.5 PH, temp at 75*, 40%RH, 3gal plastic pots with LST. They looked great during veg.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. What would y’all suggest I do at this point?

Looks fine to me. You're at that point now where the plant has stopped veg growth and is focusing on bud development and is letting the fan leaves go. I would keep it watered and fed. You can remove the yellowing spent leaves foe a better aesthetic.

Thank you so much for your input. I feel a bit stupid. With my last grow being such a disaster, I’m a little nervous. I’ve grown veggies for years, but never experienced this kind of stress growing! What an educational experience this has been! This is not a cheap hobby. 😂

Don't feel bad @MysticMimi...everyone has those same feelings and thoughts. I'm always nervous. In fact, I am setting up my renovated grow room and may be dropping seeds next week. And I'm nervous about it. I've done some 'stupid' things during my previous grows. But in the end, things have worked out. I don't grow hydro but it looks to me like your plants are using the stored nutrients in the fan leaves and you should be OK. As you probably know others with more experience will weigh in as well. You're right about this hobby. I think I might have a small fortune invested so far...but it sure is rewarding.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I’m not growing hydro, that’s way out of my comfort zone! 😂 Good luck on your grow in your new room!

Root rot maybe? How well do the pots drain? at 75F the soil won't dry out very fast so if the drainage is poor the roots end up sitting in water, assuming you are potentially overwatering. How much and how often do you water?

My pitcher holds about six cups and I just divide that between the plants, which leaves a little runoff. I didn’t give veg nutes until the third week, at half strength. Does that sound like too much water? What would you suggest I do at this point? Thanks so much for your help. 🙏

1 1/2 cups of water per plant every other day at that temp is likely too much. I'd say around 3-4 cups for each plant every 4 days at that temp, not every other day. Run off should be 10-20%. Your pots may have good drainage holes but they appear to be sitting flat on a plastic plate? They should have some air underneath to ensure they drain properly so again it could be root rot because the roots at the bottom are not drying out and are constantly sitting in moist or wet soil.

They are Chinet paper platters leftover from last Thanksgiving. 😂 I run about 10% runoff. I have a rack that they started out on, so I guess I will put them back on the rack and get a couple trays for the bottom of the tent. The GG & TD have great buds forming but it looks like the WW & CP have stalled. I hope they’re salvageable.

MysticMimi my bad about the hydro statement. But it still appears to me she is using the fan leaves.
