Hot summer and my first outdoor grow.

Planted Cheese Fem outdoors. First month the temps were good and plants were happy. Second month the heatwave hit. Haven’t had a day under 105° with many 109 to 115. This has been going on for the last two months. Containers have good drainage and I water in the early hours and when it’s really hot 🥵 I water if I notice dry growing medium. The question I have in my ridiculously long post, can heat stress cause my plants to go rogue and turn male?

Short answer, yes. I think this may be more common in indoor grows, but if this is not correct someone chime in.
Don't worry, be happy, grow sticky buds.

I grow in the desert. Last year was record heat. Sometimes 111-113 seven days in a row. I had no heat stress the entire summer. My humidity levels were 05-20% the whole summer. If you have high temps and high humidity then you get heat stress. No humidity no heat stress till about 120. With proper water management.
