what is going on here? anyone know? After I planted it in the rapid rooter it was fine until the stem broke, of course they grew right back that's why it's so stunted i think. PH issues and possible Root Rot, Nute burn, heat stress, deficiencies??

Is your water level right up to the Rapid Rooter? It looks like stem rot, which usually happens when the main stem is too wet for too long. You want to make sure the water line in your reservoir is at least an inch or two below the bottom of the net pot just to make sure things aren't staying too wet. A little bit of an air gap is good for the roots, too.
I can also see that the roots have patches of brown on them, which is caused by root rot. Are you using a supplement like Hydroguard to protect your roots?
