    Plant training

First time grow for me and I was wondering if I should implement any training/pruning for my outdoor plants.

No need to outdoor the light angle is constantly changing. Sunlight hits alot more lower leaves outdoors. Unless of course you have to thin out for airflow which you don't at this point at least.

I will add a cage around my outdoor plants, more as a support structure rather than spreading out the plant.
        WHAT???
        5x5 grow space
        900w of Vero's and F-strips
        4-17gal totes self-made UC system.

Like gbauto said, a cage around them would surely benefit them. By the looks of it they don't need much defol. Maybe go around and pinch the tops. This will help you get more bud sites.
good strong direct light ( da sun), water when dry and feed well with quality nutes. Be sure to ph your water. Should be good
