Outdoor grow, Christmas tree shape - top again?

Hi, first time grower, absolute newb, I have 5 plants in an outdoor poly house and they seem to be doing well.

    TL;DR:
Should I top this or is it too late? Also stipules or bananas?

One of the plants seems different, it might be because it was topped very late but it looks like a different variety.
It is much more Christmas tree shape, short stems tight to the center and pointing up.
When I topped and light trained it didn't really change shape or grow outwards.
It seemed to start flowering but is not doing much for the last 2 weeks.
Should I top it again lower down or is it too late?
    Concerned parent

Amnesia Lemon Kush (60% Sativa and 40% Indica)
    17 Gallon pot
    Soil & garden compost
Minimal training, 4 topped, 1 natural / late topped
Germinated mid-Feb, repotted a few times
Wet and cold UK early summer, but in ploy tunnel to control water & get some heat. May was cold but June is nice, very long days at 54 degrees north. Daylight 5am to 10pm (same as Quebec without the sun!)

The second picture is a ladyplant. Grats poppa!
Learned a lot this year. pH and whiteflies are issues that need controlling. Maybe an auto over January.....hmmmm...

What I see in the first pic is a natural plant structure.
It'll be fine since you're in a greenhouse, but it will be susceptible to bending over as it flowers.
The first pic is my 1st outdoor grow, even though I had topped them, I had one girl that got HUGE.
I top every plant I grow, especially outdoors, to minimize a tall, spiky plant that's subjected to wind.
Nebula has a great guide on topping techniques, this is where it all started 6 years ago.
I'll generally top the plant to produce 6 main stems, and then train the new growth to create a forest of tops.
