    one of my female plants is starting to seed would it be better to pick it now or wait there's no stickiness at all while my other is sticky as hell

      When you say 'seed', is that plant throwing nanners(hermaphroditing)???
      If it's throwing nanners, the damage is done but any resultant seeds will be feminized-although they may carry on a hermi-trait.

        I agree with the above: better to let them mature. If you cut early, no mature cannabinoids...
