SOIL Does my NL auto need cal or mag?

We know what FIM means, well the FIC (F-Ing Cat) chewed on 4 leaves of the surviving twin NL while I was taking pics of the plants, in the kitchen. The Lemon looks good. The NL has leaves that make me think it needs cal or mag or both. And the new leaf growth, after cutting off leaves at nodes, is very close to the dirt. I have homemade epsom mag and egg water, or CalMag to use. The two biggest plants popped on 4/11, should I give them nutes with watering tonight? If so what do you suggest? I have the GH trio from the 1st grow plus other stuff (fish emulsion for N; Recharge, Flower Fuel) The cat has me PO'd right now. No Caturday for Son of Sam today. Thank you.

She looks ok to me but it's me talking. Look try maybe half of the dosage of cal-mag and watch her closely. As for cat meows I can't help unless you give your fury baby some Kosher Kush. Wife love her Kush and by miracle I don't hear her after 20 mins.

Donc mon amie Puglover1 nous pourrons avoir à l'occasion quelques conversation dans la langue de Molière non ? Après tout ma langue maternelle est bien le français. Mais je me débrouille bien en anglais non ? Oh by the way, you are growing the same NL I grew several years ago. Yep an auto and from Seedsman. Got around 22% THC from her and she is a big yielder also. One more thing my grower friend, she need a lot of light. Just saying.

Yes, it is, and your English is very good. Question: I have the lights on 24/0 veg now. They are two KingLED 1200 lights. With autos do you wait to use both veg & bloom lighting? Should I use both - blurple - and switch to 18/6 to give them more light intensity but some rest? Thanks!

Ok you know I'm a photo grower so I rely on the old 12/12 for the big switch. I grew my NL with my photos at 18/6 but some say the ideal is 20/4. So maybe some here auto growers may want to respond. I say give your girls some rest. A few hours at least.

I can't really tell from the pics but I know my Northern lights autos are calmag pigs but I'm also in coco.
As far as nutes I'm sure someone can give more sage advice than I but if they just popped on 4/11 should not the soil be supporting them still?

That's what I thought but if your NL needed them then maybe it's just that one plant, for now. I'm growing Seedsman NL & Lemon autos, too. Using an organic garden mix plus some peat, and perlite, supposed to be good for a while nutrient-wise. They were each given a solo cup of Ph'd water Wednesday, the pots are light.

That was my first grow Seedsman NL and auto lemon.
The lemon liked the cal mag too.

Had that happen before too, but a little worse. Had a litter of puppies and one of them got a few of my plants that were only a couple weeks old, just babies still. He didn't just eat a few leaves, he got the whole thing all that was left was a little stick, and on multiple plants. Needless to say, I kept a closer eye on them after that. Mine will smell them but they won't try and eat them any more. I give them the leaves I trim off and they pretty much have as much as they can handle. I had a picture of them staring at me from the door of my 8x8 while I was sitting inside doing a little clean-up on some of the ladies I had going, it was great! Anyway, luckily your cat only got a little bit of leaves and it's still salvageable!

Did eating it affect the puppies? That's a shame. The cat goes on the countertops bc of the dogs so I will have to put him in the dog crate if I need to turn my back. I had a few freshly cut leaves, he wasn't interested in those. So I put them next to his food bowl on the cat tower. Poor plant - first I kill it's twin then the cat tries to devour it. It's the best looking plant, node space-wise. If it survives this nuthouse hopefully it'll be fire. Only pic I have of the pugs staring at me is through a baby gate, they're like Velcro.

No, they really won't get too much of an effect from it unless it's decarbed. It was fine, I had plenty more seeds so it wasn't too big of a deal. And they were bag seed so it's not like I wasted any money on them. Needless to say, they didn't do that again! Maybe wait until the plant is in flower to feed the cut leaves? Mine prefer them from a plant in flower as opposed to veg, they can definitely tell the difference.

Canuck147 Do you have any advice for autos that are growing like photo #6 above? Also, I have 2 KINGLED 1200 lights on veg 24/0, would you suggest putting them on both veg and bloom - blurple - and at 18/6 or ?? I need to water them today. I was sweeping basement water during the night bc of torrential rain, there's still standing water. The plant-munching cat came upstairs with a wet back, so there's that.

Take off that big ass fan leave that's staring right at you plus her twin on the other side - then wait a few days see if she pouts or sprouts.

Thanks, I saw that last night while looking at the pics. Yesterday I cut two lower sets on her that were dragging in the dirt. Any suggestion regarding the lighting Canuck147 ? Thank you very much for replying.

I would leave on veg and leave it on 24/7
