Mango Auto Feminized, is she close to ready?

It's February 1st 2017, and was caring for my GSC clones I started two days ago when I noticed one of my plants which looked like it had some nute burn, though looked slightly different then when my plants normally get slightly burned. I looked up the info in my journal and realized this one plant was one of the few that lived through all the chaos which was germinated on December 10th 2016. Looking up the info from where I bought it, the description states plant flowers 6 to 8 weeks. Being this is basically my first grow, I'm beginning to wonder if what I am seeing is not nute burn, but the plant actually starting to die as it is a Mango Auto Feminized plant that again I started on December 10th. This is one of the few from my first batch of plants that survived getting crushed by broken LED panel, survived getting cooked by the heating mat when the thermostat died, survived the extreme high PH levels, and most importantly, my daughters cat that managed to get a bite out of it the 45 seconds she was in the tent. I'm also noticing similar traits with my other auto plants done close to the same time, but about 1 to 2 weeks apart. The leafs on this plant in particular have gotten very dark green compared to my other plants, except the autos seem to be catching up. The mango plant is about 7 weeks old and until a week ago had been under constant 24/7 light now 18/6. Been feeding it Flora Nova and Bloomz for past 2 weeks. Is it getting time to start flushing it? Picture below (Normal lighting, not the LED I keep accidentally posting)

I haven't grown autos before but for photoperiod plants, when they say 6-8 weeks in flower, I've found that to mean 6-8 weeks after the plant has gone thru a period of vegetating and then switch to a 12/12 light schedule. For autos, perhaps the time starts when you see the first pistols? From the picture, it looks like you still have a few weeks to go. So, no to flushing.
I like big buds and I can not lie.

For autos the time they mention is usually the quickest time from seed to harvest, not flowering time.

Anyone have a picture of a bud that's done, but not cut off the plant and dried yet? Wanted to get an idea of what I should be looking at.

To me, she doesn't look ready. The trichomes are still clear, not milky. And the pisitils are still very white and straight. They will start to curl up and some will turn a darker color. Unless you really think she is dying on you, which I don't think she is, give her the two more weeks that will bring you in around the eight week mark.

There are a lot of variables that affect flower time. Most breeders grow under optimal conditions to get advertised flower timelines. Checking trichomes is the "gold standard".
        DIY grow space 2.5' X 3.5' X 6.5'
        315 LEC
6" Vortex exhaust fan w/speed control
        6" Carbon filter
        3- 6" fans
        humidifier
        temp and humidity gauge
5 gal smart pots w/ FFOF soil
        FF trio nutrients

I would say couple weeks left. I'm taking this one today, at 12half weeks. It was stunted a little.

I agree with the others. From the looks of it I'd say you have 2-4 more weeks before those buds will be ready and at their best potency. But the good news is that means the buds are going to get a lot bigger!

Here's some pictures of buds to help you know what to look for when they're ready to harvest

I did a huge cleanup Which makes it easier to get at all my plants , spray mold repellant, and find out a plant which is an auto managed to not grow as big as the others so was a bit surprised I didn't catch this earlier. These pistils look dark and black over most of the plant. Similar to that grassy substance on an ear of corn as it gets older.

insomniaczzz and NebulaHaze , the photo above is a different plant that was started December 1st. The leafs on it if you look, are all starting to curl up and the pistils are brownish like on a stalk of corn you buy from the store. I accidentally had it marked as the 8th but looking back on the first records I started, it was the lone survivor out of 12 plants. These 12 or I should say 11 that died I originally blamed on my not reading up on PH issues, as most did not germinate except 3, and those were sickly where two more died 3 days later. It wasn't till two and a half weeks later I found out while a lot of strains flourished, some didn't even start which was when I looked at the seeds I had left and checked a purple hulk seed under my electronic microscope. I had cut 2 open to fine one with rotted food the plant would have used had I planted it, but there was no embryo and the second seed all dark decay, which turned out to be mold damage. The seller offered me replacements but actually pulled the bad ones after they verified their own way they were bad. I'm still waiting for the out of stock signs to be replaced with in stock and its been a month now. Anyway, if someone can tell me if this plant is close to needing flushing it would be appreciated. Will give me an idea of exactly what to look for on my younger plants. This Mango is my first grow actually. I'm tempted to chop off a bunch of fan leafs. I started bagging the leafs I cut and throwing them in freezer. I heard there was a way to make cannoil just as good with leafs as with bud.

Overall it looks healthy! In my experience the leaves curl up like that in response to things like heat/light stress, really low humidity, or too high levels of nutrients. From looking at that plant I'd guess you still have a couple weeks left before it's ready to harvest. When the buds are ready, most of the straight white pistils will have darkened and curled in. As far as when to start flushing, I'd give it a week and check again the buds look like they are developing nicely!

Thanks for the help NebulaHaze . When I started this project, I misread information about auto flower plants and did not expect that a % of my plants that had started growing flowers was one that died. My plan was to grow versions I liked, and cross them into something hopefully better and control when I wanted them to flower. I don't dislike them, I just wanted full control, to shape, and though the autos fill in the gaps to when my awesome plants will be done, the work put in for what the oldest is producing now is disappointing. Next grow that is actually clone based will be different once I faze out my autos. A lot of the failed growth was my fault building first reading instructions after that held growth back for them all for 3 weeks.
One last thing Id like to ask. I have read and re-read the tutorials and am now into the 9th week. None of my regulars show signs of male or female. Another reason I started clones, so I can switch light modes and see hopefully what they are. If I get a clone to start showing sex changing the light mode, can it be tricked back into veg state after or is it going to follow through the entire flowering process. Some of my plants was only able to get 3 good cuttings from and would hate to lose it flowering too early.

Discovered why this plant was unhealthy the way it way. Last night I did a full clone of every plant that wasn't an auto which required me taking one at a time out of the tent to get good cuts. It was then I discovered my big pot GSC plant had grown its roots right into the Mango plant through the drainage holes and had been depriving the plant of a lot of water. Every plants roots grew out through the drainage holes so I trimmed them as well and today, the Mango looks a lot more healthy.

Were all the pots sitting in one big tray or something like that?

They all sit in two 2x2 trays. When I had fixed all the issues and ended up with an additional 11 plants assumed dead, when I transferred them into 1 gallon pots, had to get the 2x2's because the single trays were taking a lot of needed room.

I just took two of my autos out of the tent, the one above and another similar. All the pistols are black and curled in now. Debating on flushing them now.

Actually, I just got my answer and also my other plant above, is definitely past harvesting, I just hope I can flush it, least a week. I need to get a better camera because I just noticed above that what the picture is showing, and what I actually see here are two totally different things. The plants pistils are all 100% brown and dying and leafs falling off plant. But for some reason, my camera and cell camera show them as white, which is disturbing because I was relying on the pictures since my sight is horrible. I can't even drive because of it =(
