So what's the story behind you having 200 packs of papers?

I roll myself cigarettes since I don't care for name brand packs, I just throw them to the side, and over time they just built up, really dont have a use for them, I prefer my baby bong

Yes. Do this. Put them in a box. And every time you run out you take a new package and leave a buck or two. When you finish smoking then you'll have a few houndies. Idk just an idea.

I buy rolling papers on e-bay. $4.95 for a 10 pak of 50 papers ea. They list lots of different deals.
