Hey growers! For what it's worth. Recently had a ThermoPro TP-50 crap out on me after only a few months. I contacted ThermoPro and provided my order number and a brief description of the problem(digital readout became partially blank).
They responded within 2 days and then supplied a replacement of not just 1 but 2 TP-50's that arrived today. This all took less then 2 weeks.
That is great customer service.
